The light one for small wood and horticulture
With an own weight of 45 kg, the HG 1000 is the lightest size in the series. It suits small-wood harvesting, first thinning and energy-wood plantations, and shrub cutting in horticulture, and it is light enough for the flatbed truck crane, so it doesn’t eat into your payload. Opening width 1,050 mm, mounting on front loader, excavator, mini-excavator or flatbed truck crane.
The entry-level model for log loading
The HG 1200 is the medium standard size: big enough for sawlogs up to 50 cm in diameter, compact enough for small front loaders. It can be combined with the VZ01 loading grapple, the standard combination for front loaders. Opening width 1,212 mm, mounting on front loader, excavator or mini-excavator.
Professional grab for demanding log handling
The HG 1400 is the mid-size class for larger tractors and cranes and, at full capacity, lifts logs of around 1 m in diameter. For timber bundles it is at its limit — the HG 1600 is the better choice there. Opening width 1,419 mm, mounting on front loader or excavator.
Premium grab for forestry professionals and the firewood trade
The HG 1600 is the largest size in the series and handles up to one stacked cubic metre of firewood in a single grab. It is designed for the heaviest logs and for firewood bundles; for the rotator you need more than 4.5 tonnes. Opening width 1,578 mm, mounting on front loader or excavator.
