Dealer portal

For our sales partners we operate an access-protected dealer portal at koenigswieser.com/haendler-portal/. This section only concerns you if, as a dealer, you have received personal portal access from Königswieser Gerätetechnik GmbH.

When using the portal, we log the following events: login and logout, password reset, changes to profile data (each with old and new value), copying and opening of provided links, and downloading of documents. For each event we store the time, the dealer account concerned, and the country and language of the dealer entry.

This data is recorded on an identified basis, i.e. linked to the respective dealer account. In our reach measurement too (Matomo, operated on our own server), portal use is assigned to your dealer account via a user ID.

The purpose of processing is the operation and safeguarding of the portal, the traceability of changes in support cases, and the improvement of our offering for dealers. The legal basis is the performance of the dealer relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) as well as our legitimate interest in secure and traceable portal operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The log data is stored for 12 months and then deleted automatically.
